How a negative attitude affects life

Each person has beliefs, internal attitudes according to which he lives. And if everything is clear with positive things – we are happy to strengthen them in our minds – then negative attitudes, and, alas, there are many of them, become the cause of an uncomfortable experience. Incorrect beliefs carry a destructive energy that affects our lives. And here it is important to understand, recognize, what is the difference between positive and negative attitudes. The tarologist, psychologist Marianna Abravitova tells.

To begin with, I’ll give a few examples of how people think: “What a lucky me all the same” (+), “I will succeed” (+), “You can earn in different ways” (+).

Most often, negative attitudes await us when we want to make some kind of decision. We begin to doubt, that is, we fall into the trap of negative ideas. And that limits our possibilities. Judge for yourself: if you are sure that it is hard to earn money on an apartment (car, house, vacation), then it will be so. If a woman confidently says that there are no worthy men around her, then they are unlikely to appear. But why are we so sure? Where do these beliefs come from? In some – from childhood, adolescence, others are imposed by these thoughts on society.

So how to get rid of the inner attitudes that prevent us from living?
